"I moved to Oklahoma with the intention of buying a home and although I knew the general area I wanted to buy in, I was unsure of the process as I was a first time home buyer. I started with a real estate agent who was not very helpful and not reassuring me through the process. I got a recommendation to call Kathleen and when I called her, I was still unclear if I was going to leave the agent I had been working with. Kathleen was aware of that but she still answered all my questions and even gave me advice on how to handle a home that I was planning to bid on with the other agent. Seeing how helpful, intelligent, and organized she was it was clear to me that she was the perfect agent for me. She immediately recognized my concerns, interests, and long term home strategy and adjusted her search based on that. Since I was not particularly happy with the house the other agent had tried to sell me on, she showed me several homes over several days. Once I found the perfect home that I had no reservations about, she was aggressive in getting me exactly what I wanted. It came down to a bid war, but still she was able to get me the best contract when I didn't think that my budget would win out over other potential offers. Even after the deal was done, Kathleen followed up with me and made sure everything was in order. I now live in a beautiful home that I enjoy every day. I couldn't be more happy with my purchase.
