I have been with numerous companies (Keller Williams, Century 21, Realty Executives) in my real estate career. Most of those were large franchises where I rose to the top of the agents--every time!
In 2008, I decided to venture out on my own and opened my own branch office with Metro Brokers of Oklahoma. As a branch broker, I have the ability to step outside "the way we have always done it" box and try some new things. Over the last year, I have visited with agents from other companies and I have put on paper why they would thrive in the environment I have created.
