How to Prepare Your TRR Receipts for Closing

Here is an example of how we would like you to submit your TRR Repair Receipts. Please follow this format to assure the buyer(s) that repairs were made, when and by who. This will make them feel more comfortable and protect both parties if something goes wrong with the repair.
Please include any receipts for repairs that were made, including any repairs you did yourself. Also be sure to include any explanations as necessary and pictures of the repair. You will send this final document to your transaction coordinator at least 24-48 hours before closing.
