My wife and I are both Active-Duty Air Force and in March of 2021 we contacted Kathleen and her team about purchasing a new home due to a military move from Virginia to Oklahoma. That’s when the impossible task that we gave Kathleen really began. To close on the new home in Jones OK we had to sell our home in Virginia and our rental home in Moore OK. Kathleen and her team coordinated with our Virginia listing agent and guided us through the entire process with both the Oklahoma homes. She coordinated directly with our Rental Property Manager to get the Moore rental home in selling condition and within two months of deciding to sell… she had the home listed and sold! We would have never been able to meet such an aggressive schedule on our own and a lot of realtors would have struggled with such a complex scenario. Kathleen’s experience, skill, personality, and professionalism was on full display, and she knocked it out of the park! Repeat business is always a complement but going out or your way to recommend someone is the ultimate complement and she deserves every bit of it. For our family she made the impossible… possible!
